By submitting the form, agreeing to our Terms and Conditions, and availing of our services, customers agree to adhere to the terms outlined. Violating these terms may result in consequences as detailed below.

Request Status: Represents the progress of a particular request at different stages. Revision: A modified version of the initial product provided to the client. Support: A dedicated team responsible for facilitating and managing the order process. Quality Assurance Department: Ensures the quality of the product and services delivered. Confirmation Process: A verification step to confirm the client’s identity for secure transactions and to prevent fraud.

Payment Policy

We accept online banking and credit card payments exclusively, as they are secure and efficient. Please note that other payment methods are not accepted. We assure the safety of your transactions through robust security protocols.

Privacy Policy

The data collected is solely for communication purposes, and our systems are safeguarded with advanced encryption to ensure the confidentiality of students' and tutors' information.

Plans and Scheduling for Tutoring

Students can schedule tutoring sessions through our website using their login credentials. Here’s how our tutoring system works: Session Booking: Students select their grade and subject to view a list of available tutors. Once chosen, the tutor’s availability for the next six weeks will be displayed. Advanced Scheduling: Students can schedule up to 5 sessions in advance, subject to the expiration and credits of their learning package. Session Availability: Sessions are booked on a first-come, first-served basis. To secure preferred slots, students should book early. Rescheduling or Cancellation: Sessions can be rescheduled or canceled up to 24 hours before the start time via the website. Bookings made less than 24 hours before the session cannot be rescheduled or canceled. No-Show Policy: If a student misses a session without notice, they will be marked as a "no-show." Accumulating two or more "no-shows" within a month may restrict the student from booking advance sessions for the next three months. Timely Joining: Students must log in for a scheduled session at least five minutes before it starts. Tutors will wait for up to ten minutes after the start time before leaving. Technical or Operational Cancellations: If Get Class Assistance cancels a session due to unforeseen issues, we will contact the student promptly to reschedule or provide an alternative tutor. If rescheduling is not possible within seven (7) days, students may request a full refund for the affected session.
